Well done. But is it a nullah or creek? Is it built or natural in Benaulim. Santa Ines creek in Panjim was called a nullah for some couple of decades. I once heard that people used to catch fish there maybe in 1950s. Today, there is more of sewage water. I understand that CRZ may not apply to nullah, but applies for other natural water body. May God give wisdom to Banaulkaram and protect our Goa.

People are dependent on Mlas for everything that's why it took 30 years. Instead of depending on anyone people should participate in development. Let politicians focus on making new laws only.. In foreign countries politicians don't do development.. They have only one duty that is in focusing on laws.
