This 100% electric, modular cell is equipped with a step loader, a rotary transfer system, two 6-position forming stations and a TE16LR bending unit.
The cut-to-length tube is checked for weld seam before being laser marked. The 1st end is then deformed, followed by nut mounting, then bending, and finally deformation of the 2nd end.
Other secondary operations such as deburring, pressure check or stamping can be added in addition to those already present.
All parts produced are checked by an optical camera, ensuring optimum quality.
