I found a Mixstream Pro for $480 and the upgraded + (Plus) version for $700. Is the upgrade for what I understand is just Amazon Music worth the $220 price difference? I do have experience with Amazon Music but not Tidal and the others that are on both versions.

Hello , thanks for watching and your question. In my opinion No . (But I would have waited if known) . I use tidal so I am happy with the pro and it meets my needs . But if you are a Amazon user the plus might be worth it as you can use your Amazon music account with all your playlists. It’s also one of the only controllers to have this chip set feature with Amazon music without extra apps or work arounds . So If it fits your needs better than mine it might be worth it ? But $480 for the pro is a good price . Good luck & happy choices . Thanks.

I got mine 2 weeks ago. I plugged my hard drive in but it wouldn’t read the music.

Thanks for watching . Your hard drive has to be formatted in a fat32 not NTFS . Once formatted correctly it should read all your music files . Thanks

@@dee-phila You have do it on your computer. Your going to have to erase the drive , so back up your music FIRST somewhere else , use another / different drive or a new drive. Or save on your computer if you have room . Formatting a drive Will erase everything on that drive … (Just ⛔️ a warning) . Once music is backed up some where . Then Format the chosen drive to Fat32 and then put your music back on it . Kinda a process… I had tons of music so it took me a minute when I first had to switch to Fat32 too. Hopefully helpful thanks .

hope they make one with better effects and more pads, ditch the speakers , bit gimmicky , think they look cheap,, but an inofader x fader would be nice , and most definitely a longer pitch fader, and screens on the jog wheel, with tension adjust, then this would be a nice all in one dj console , it is compatible with serato dj lite which unlocks as soon as plugged in via usb and a paid upgrade for serato dj pro , for the price , it’s well worth getting one ,, good friendly review mate….

Thanks for watching and your question. I found this via internet 1 [phone] for Numark support. Also you can chat via a support ticket online via the internet on there support page . Then you can make a appointment for a tech to assist you . I had some issues to with my windows driver updates . They were helpful and fixed my issues . Thanks .

I was unset with the condition it arrived in it had some minor damage at the out put connector

Definitely if it’s new it should be In perfect condition. Although a pain probably for return. I would ask for replacement. Sorry to hear .

Thanks again Dj Martini, I'm able to use my system, after Numark changed my System from 2.1 too 3.0.1 I can play my USB sticks, I still have not gotten the hang of the hot cue and touch pad yet. But,I'm getting along okay with the console now, just need to decide on a streaming network, and upload it to the console.
