Ingredients required for making an 8-inch chiffon cake are:
All-purpose flour/maida- 1 1/4cup(150 gms)
Eggs-4 eggs(at room temperature)
Powdered Sugar -1 1/2 cups.
Oil-1/3 Cup.
Vanilla essence-1 1/2 Teaspoon.
Baking powder-11/4 teaspoon 6 gms
Milk-1/2 Cup(room temperature)
Other ingredients we need:
Semisweet dark chocolate -100 gms.
whipping cream-1/2 cup
Whipping cream - 3-4 cups.
Sugar syrup- 1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup boiled water.
Blue gel color- as needed.
Green gel color as needed.
Cake board large rectangle
Piping bag 2-3 large.
Piping nozzle- star-shaped and Grass ( multi-opening piping tip (Wilton 233)
Small plastic vehicle toys
