@@Forestrskye I think there was a misunderstanding here. I am pretty sure that Pratik knows of the horrible things going on in the outer world that we all perceive. But he was talking about his own experience in this meditation when he felt pure love for everything. That's something that can be an outcome of meditation. Meditation is about seeing one's own suffering, one's own anger, one's own fear, and so on, and then letting go of these. Meditation is about choosing love over fear. We can all work on ourselves and like this have an impact on the planet. A shift in human consciousness is about to happen since a few years and accelerating more and more.

Insomnia has me here to help me fall asleep. I’m struggling not to have a panic attack. My anxiety level is high. Lack of sleep is extremely uncomfortable, and it creates a mind of negativity, hallucination and self-doubt. It’s incredible how anxiety can affect the whole physiological system. I'm so sorry to hear about your nervous anxiety and insomnia. I pray that it gets better. Hopefully you can find the right herbal extracts to moderate your anxiety. I'm having chamomile for the first time in ages. It has quite a peaceful effect. Repeating simple good thoughts helps the bad thoughts go away. Sacredness, holyness, forgiveness, kindness, humility, respect, gratitude be with you all of your days and nights. We all need the Buddha's blessing. We all need the grace of Christ, we all need the prayers of Mohammed , the world is a difficult place to be in peace without help from the angels 😇
