In my experience, the older you get the more you learn to love and love to learn. I wasn´t born the way I am today, I learned to love people through exploration and socializing. Heck, I didn´t even understand that I was into women and men until I was 30 for exampel! You never know what you don´t know about yourself, until you learn what you didn´t know.

Intimacy and love can seem very offputting if you don´t meet the right people. Which is just getting harder and harder the more people drift apart in society. It is really nice to be alone too though. I thoroughly enjoy it. Who knows though? Whatever makes you feel the best is whatever you should do. Don´t think about how other people are, since other people aren´t you. In my experience, we are the way we are for a reason. Trying to force ourselves to be or feel something we don´t to fit in or something, usually isn´t a rewarding experience. If you are asexual then that is good. There can be hundreds of reasosn why you are then. So just follow that path. It will most likely lead you right in the end.
