I like your use of colour. Reminds me of the Volkswagen with all the different panel colours. Ps I have a 95 zuk thats at 390 000 kms . Coatings and proper paint could make these soldiers last.

Great video Frank. You are helping to speed up my Tracker build,thank you. I have a new powder coated gas tank I'm still tyring to decide on putting extra coats of paint to add a little extra protection. What paint did you use on your tank. You had a reply on another video that you use FT-200 for cleaning I can't find it locally here on the east coast do you rember where you puchased yours.

The tank was in very good shape when I cleaned it off. Still had the thick coating except for a few spots of rust. I painted it with Rustolium spray paint. The FT200 wax and grease remover is a NAPA product. I purchased at the NAPA store, one of the bigger ones that also sells automotive paints. I don't think it will hurt anything to paint over your powder coat, but I don't know if it would add any protection or not. Maybe.

Wonderful stuff Frank. I assume it’s a long wheel base vehicle ? Do you know if there is a difference in capacity between the lwb & swb versions. My 15 are all swb = 35 litre tanks. & whether a lwb tank fits in a swb chassis. Cheers & love how clean everything is. Cheers🤙🤙🤙

Thanks. I don't know about the tanks. Mine is about 14 gallon tank. I haven't looked at different models. Mine is the 4 door so it is a little longer than the 2 door model.

I realize I am quite late to the car build party...? But wow?? Did you tear the entire vehicle down to the frame and start all over??
@nunapitchuk6 ай бұрын
Yes, exactly. After my first one was finished I had enough parts to do another and decided to try and document it.

@@nunapitchuk First one? you mean you tore apart another vehicle and put it back together before this '95 Suzuki Sidekick?? your a wild-man Frank. quite impressive. I do not own a home I rent, so trying this might irritate my landlord? Lol's I am looking for a vehicle. I'm 61 yrs old and work as a janitor and have not had a vehicle for a year now.

@@StuG-pr9tf Yes, this is my second '95 Suzuki Sidekick build. You must live in a town with public transportation. Not an option where I live.
