I have most fortunately (as of this comment) have not hit myself in the head too terribly bad. It's mostly the inside of my elbows that end up takin the most damage. :)

I have yet to see you use the Chinese style metal nunchucks,is there a reason?or just preferenceAnyway I dig!your video tutorials and it has been great to pick up the nunchucks after so many years,it's at another level and that's pretty COOL!from what I have been seeing on KZbin....thanks Gabriel,I appreciate your lessons and looking forward to seeing more ..PEACE!OUT FROM CHICAGO!!!

+Jose Garcia I have spun Chinese style chucks when I first started out. So I have progressed through many different types and materials of Nunchaku. But as you have said, this is something of another level and certain tricks and techniques work better with different types of chucks. Thanks for the support and comments! I really appreciate them.
