Based on the items you buy you can tank a lot (classic Nunu) or Deal magical damage (AP Nunu)

Considering that getting objectives applies to the entire team, I think even being able to get part of a drag just for killing one person on that team would be a crazy change. Also I could see that making jglrs get flamed and harrassed even more than they already do. If the objectives are meant to force team fights then if a jglr or the laners don't rotate over to engage, the other team should be able to keep that.
