that depends on the boiler pressure, and if the machine is calc free or not. A machine full of calc gets no real hot water. At least we shall have between 80 and 90 degrees, but this mainly depends how and where you measure teh temperature. With different measuring equipment and methods you get easily a delta of 15 degrees..... with the same machine one person says 80 degrees celsius, the other one says 90 celsius.... same machine, but different persons measuring differently!!!

I can recommend for nuova simonelli only www.diecrema.de As far as I know they have the machine on stock, but they are situated near Bonn
