A wonderful anime/manga I think for this story. A young preteen coming to terms and accepting the two sides of his blood: the dark and the light. At the same time he struggles to find the path he wants to take for himself, making new friends and foes along the way. He also ends up charming Kana by night. I hope they do a back story for Rikuo's father.

I am SOOOOOO gonna start watching this anime. It's like Rosario+Vampire without all of the pantyshots, annoying ecchi, and it even has better animation. Plus Rikuo is hot, so I wouldn't mind watching him slice a few organs open. :D Yokai rule!

Of course it is. You need to find a website where you can download anime raws, which already is hard enough, because there are websites, that are NOT available all around the world. I'm from Germany and I have not found a single website yet where I can download raw versions of anime episodes for free. So I always had to rely on someone uploading them on KZbin so I could download them from here. And now that we got all those "copyright" issues here, even THAT becomes harder and harder.

Sometimes, the anime producers cannot include all the content of the (on-going) manga in the anime, but there are intentional changes, too. The better the series sells, the more money they can earn, after all, so they try to improve it. Many people think that all anime have been adapted from a manga and that both are content-wise identical which is not true (also impossible if it isn't canon). Besides, manga adaptions aren't always great, either and nowadays, there are many novel adaptions, too.

As a Katekyo Hitman Reborn fan, I hear you. Some of those "Don't say dies" are ridiculous. But I still think that a certain few gems are the exception. Fate/Zero was stupidly good, easily being my all-time favorite, likewise was Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. My greatest issue with how the manga/anime industry works, is the fact that anime's tend to come out faster, but then decide to screw the manga-line. FMA was so bad that they remade 50 episodes. That should tell them something.

I hope you've read the R+V manga, it's 100x better then the anime. Of course, the anime doesn't even rate on my list of decent anime...but the manga is one of my favorites.

Four years, try ten for me. Some of the reasons that anime series differ from the manga are things such as need for censoring. An example would be Air Gear where a girl is raped by the Skulls in the first chapter and is glossed over in the anime. Another reason would be difference of opinion to make money on the behalf of the anime studios that get the rights from the original creators. There is also the fact of certain taboos and content even Japan won't air on TV, at least not until nighttime.

Yeah, i know that feeling. A while back i was reading a manga called Inukami, and it's really good. But unfortuantly the translaters online stopped translating because the mangas were licenced in america. So i tried watching the Anime, and it was decent but in comparison it sucked...

Well personally my preference goes to anime's. I like anime's better because they give me a more vivid picture i guess you can say but still i tried reading mangas and its just too boring for me to read and "pretend" like i know whats going on. im an action type of guy the story is important also but not as important as the action for ME.

Wow, what an incredibly unproductive comment. FYI: getting rid of subtitles doesn't only take time, it also takes major skill and a lot of fine tuning work, especially if you're working with programs like Vegas or After Effects. Some people just don't have the skill they need to remove subs. Now, you're not a video editor at all, so I understand that you have no idea what you're talking about. But next time before you make a comment, think before you type and don't offend people you don't know.

How come i find the best anime just wondering around youtube?... For the life of me, when i accually try to find animes, i just get the same crap... Bleach, one piece, elfin lied, death note. Stuff like that.

IMO the exact reason source material (i.e. Manga, Comics, Books,) are better, even if the Film or TV show is good. There is shit you can pull off in those that would never make it in other media.

You don't get it, do you? It's a matter of how much experience you have with the Internet and especially where you are. I have literally searched for MONTHS for a website where I can download raw anime episodes in acceptable quality for free and I did not find ONE SINGLE SITE. There are websites that cannot be accessed from everywhere around the world. There are websites that are full of viruses. Others charge money and you should never give your bank info to sites you don't trust. It is hard.

yupp the manga is better but the rush at the end of it is the worst. all the tension leading up to the end is ruined by the suddenly end (ye the ending will come in shounen next or something but still way to rushed)

'Course I have! The manga is soooooooooo much better! Gonzo decided to be stupid and make it all about the boobs and fanservice, when there is very little ecchi in the manga, if any at all. I'm definetly on your side, my friend. The anime doesn't even compare to the manga. :D

Actually,all it takes is the right soft and few clicks,any kid can do that without prob and there's no need for any "major skills" here... Try to find out a bit about the process before saying something, cuz phrase "you have no idea what you're talking about" should be directed at you ^^

Lol,cuz Vegas and Adobe products are video editing soft,not video processing/encoding soft :D There's tons of different programs by now that can remove subs,i personally use MKVtoolnix or Handbrake,they're free and easy to use. /watch?v=i8FNteRQ-8A - here's tutorial on how to do it fast and easy,enjoy! ^^

I agree.ive been watching anime since i was four, the first being fullmetal alchemist. they do censor the anime more than the manga and yes opinion goes with it as well (btw since we are naming how long we have watched im 16 now so ive been watching for 12 years lol

While I agree with you about that former comment being offensive and uproductive, I must point out that it is not that hard to have the same video without subs, the simplist way to do this is to import a raw and subbed video into the editor and then write down the video segment times that are to be used in the subbed, the simply replace the subbed video with the raw. Personally I am not trying to defend chaosdragonlance, I am just pointing out an easy way to not have subtitles in a AMV
