There is some disagreement about Nergal being the oldest. The grandfather title is possibly a misnomer. I think he should be the oldest as well. Nurgles enthusiasm comes from deliverance from pain. To suffer and be suddenly released from it is elevating and joyful. That novel period of time before adjustment is maintained by the Grandfather.
