Ito ang reality sa nursing: there are more opportunities for nurses besides bedside. Hindi porket wala na sa bedside ay wala ng alam. Nung una, akala ko bedside nagsimula, bedside ako mamamatay 😅 thanks to this 11/10 informative podcast, madami plang opportunities sa mga ayaw mag bedside that you will also feel fulfilled.

​@@TheWalkingDad23 definitely pare! Bro as per podcast ng agency na napanuod ko kanina, expect huge movement ulit by January. Also they suggests na if PD natin is 2022, possible na pasok tayo this fiscal year where in kung PD ng nurse is 2023... baka next fiscal year na. Sa totoo walang may alam pa talaga, predictions palang yan. One thing is sure mag move pa ang VB dahan dahan (few months) forward.
