Hi there, What you have to do is search for free NCLEX review Questions ,then practice it, your focus should involve knowing what the question ask and what can u do independently under your scope of practice. I may do one video on how to approach/ answer nursing questions, if it is needed. How that sounds?

Sure I will, LPN is the same as LVN. It is LPN in east cost and LVN in west coast. Beside that if you are interested to enroll, the cost is b/n $18,000- $30,000, One more point , go to your local adult school, work source or one stop, you might get the course for free in these places. Reediness my friend. If you have BA you might have most of the requirement you just need the science once ( Human anatomy, physiology, Microbiology and chemistry) . What you can do is go to board of nursing website ( wherever state you are) and see what you need. Good luck!!

Hello, what you have to do is to go to your community college with your transcript ,ask for nursing department, see a nursing counselor then they will give you an educational plan, you just follow that. Good luck!!!!

Lejhabte: as far as I know there is not really that much challenge that will stop you from pursuing nursing. Let show you the positive as a male nurse you are in high demand for many reasons another point you need to know is nursing is not only a bedside task, you can be educator, manager, informatics, case mger , phn, you name it. Believe me the success is weigh than the challenge. You too as a patient you might be more comfortable with female doctor than male and vice versa, the same thing applies for nursing. If you take this as a challenge, well--.The main thing is to love what you do, what people consider as a challenge are nothing, what I can tell you is you are in high demand , win the love and the respect of others. We have to know that there is no profession with out certain challenge realistically talking. Do not discouraged. God luck my. friend!

Your BSN is enough to work in psych unit , some hospitals may require some certification which is an 8-16 hr training on how to handle behavioral issues that is all But if you want to be psychiatric Nurse practitioner, you need to have MSN, I hope this will make it clear for you. Good luck.
