Everyone is doing their part be it medical officers, nursing officers Or nursing assistants ,everyone has their own job responsibilities here nothing is said to disrespect any portfolio they are just showcasing what additional things MNS officers are doing. If you are so offended why they did not mentioned about nursing assistants so please go and have a look at the theme of the year. As far as I know nursing assistants are all males.

This is stretching the so called ' naari shakti ' to absurd levels. These 150 women of the MNS would have been training to march ( Drill) for atleast 3 months, which is at the cost of denying their services to patients in hospitals. The fact is they are NOT meant for marching etc....they have a specialist job , which can not be done by anyone else . The Military Nursing Service has been in existence for rather too long , for someone to flaunt it as a newfound ' Naari Shakti '

When there comes a conflict these servicemen will give a good fight but due to poor leadership, poor training and poor/rusty/outdated equipment these servicemen will become a cannon fodder.

Gentle major , I want to ask a question , why combat medical officers and paramedics of Army , navy and airforce are not participating in this parade . Why nursing officers are participating under your command at Kartabya path . They are not combat soldier or officer in military. They are not participating in any military activity like ADP , LRP , PATROLLING , HANDLING THE WEAPONS ,security related duties and any military activity , they are doing job in military hospitals like civil nurses . You should involve our combat medical officers and combat paramedics of Army , navy and Airforce along with the MNS . I have no any problems with mns but why are you not involving our brave combat medical staffs who are participating in every military operations. Jai Hind. Hindustan zindabaad.
