Nurses’ union argues Albany Med is ignoring their concerns

They literally strike every single year. Albany Med sucks not because of the staffing, but because none of the workers do their jobs. They sit watching Tiktok and texting all day, all the receptionists too while people literally die infront of them in the waiting room. The Admin needs to close the hospital for a month, fire all of the union members, and bring in staff that actually want to work.
