The only problem is while you are living overseas it's difficult to get jobs for caregivers. What you can do is to come to Australia as a student. Then you will have so many options. Thanks for watching the video. If you have qualifications in Agedcare it doesn't matter if you have other qualifications. Agedcare is a good path way to PR. But keep in mind by the time you apply for the residency things won't be the same. So you have to work it out. I am not sure whether tourism industry is a path way to PR. But it's an added qualification. Hope this helps. ❤🙏

ඔයාට එක option එකක් තමා student visa එන එක ඩිප්ලෝමා හරි BSc in nursing ඇවිල්ලා job එකකට try කරන එක. එහෙම නැත්නම් jobs වලට regional පැත්තකට apply කරන්න හැබැයි මෙහෙ nursing assistant ලට minimum Cert. 3 ඉල්ලනවා. ඔහේ ඉඳන් jobs වලට ටිකක් අමාරුයි certain skilled jobs ඇරෙන්න. Thanks so much. It's very difficult to get jobs as AINs while you're overseas as there are enough workers they can find locally . For RNs you might have a chance but you got to assess your qualifications. Please check the AHPRA website. Other option is to come as a student. While you're here it will be much easier to find jobs. For AINs they don't ask IELTS as far as I know. I will check for you. I will do an interview with a RN (now a manager) soon. Stay tuned.. ❤👍

However it made me nervous when getting to know you got injured at the job. I am 35 years old and planning to migrate next year. ⚜️After gaining couple of years work experience what would be the other pathways for someone who does not have a medical background?

Please don't be. It won't happen to everyone. They will teach you how to do manual handling. There are lifters as well. But the job is very challenging. There are easier jobs like assisting at client's home like cleaning, cooking, shopping for them and taking them out. You don't have to necessarily work in a nursing home. There are so many options. If you tell me more about your background I can give you some ideas. I have done a series of job videos. It's in a play list. Please watch them if time permits. Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask anything. I am going to interview a nursing manager who did a BSc and Master's as well. He is very busy. That's the issue. But I will try my best. ❤👍

@@madushihettiaratchi740 My medical background helped me to find the job very easily. But there are people who do not have medical background who finish the course successfully find jobs too. It doesn't matter as long as you do the job properly. Since you do not have medical or nursing background you have to work hard to learn new things. The other option is childcare/early learning courses. Here they are very flexible when you have kids. You can work around your commitments doing part time. 👍

Hello Inoka, sorry I am not a migration agent to give you advice about visas. Please check on the department of immigration website. Also consult a registered migration agent. We came to Australia 15 yrs ago. I am not sure about migration agents in Sri Lanka to recommend. Sorry I cannot help you with that. 🙏

Hi, it's very difficult to apply for jobs in agedcare while you're in Sri Lanka. They ask for Cert 111 in Agedcare to work as a AIN. But if you're here on a student visa for nursing related course you might have a chance. But it depends on the area as well. In regional Australia there is a shortage. To apply for jobs go to seek.com or Jora websites. If you want to apply to do a course you have to search on the university websites you're interested to study at. The best thing is to consult a registered migration agent. It's very difficult to explain everything in a comment. 🤗

First you have to decide the state you are planning to go to and then find a university which offers the BSc in nursing and then apply. The best thing is to go through a registered migration agent who does student visas. Hooe this helps.. 🙏❤

Hello Isuru, you can try applying for regional sponsorship or jobs as a RN but it's not that simple. Other option is to come to do a course. I don't think Australia recruits care givers from overseas. But if you are here you might be able to find a job. They ask certificate 3 in agedcare. The best thing is to consult a registered migration agent. They know better than us 😄. All the very best❤

Hi, you have to get the accreditation in order to work as a RN. Go to APHRA website and look for the relevant information for you. If you want to migrate your profession should be in the current demand list. The best thing is to consult a registered migration agent. Or you can come to do a Nursing degree (MSc).
