Idk if all states are different, but you're supposed to wash your hands with soap and water.

Jasmine I live in New York. For the CNA exam we use soap and water, and this is what we learn in the lab, but in real life we can use hand sanitizer 6-10 times before washing with soap and water, unless your hands are visibly soiled and then you can't use sanitizer

In some states, its sanitizer before you start, and soap and water after you're finished.

Okay. It’s no wonder hospital bills are so high. That nurse just let the water running all the time and bill the patient later. Hahaha.
