Being able to switch is a priviledge.. I did shift when I was in college, and I carried the burden of knowing that my parents spent money on something that would be wasted because of my whim.

@@FrancisBalgosThats true and that has to do with how much your parents played a part in your decision. There is always a reason for why you choose the major in the first place. I think if I never made the switch I would have still been happy being a nurse. It would have just took me having to remind myself of the reasons I choose nursing in the first place because it’s also a great profession.
