The mushrooms are gone from under the bath house. Will you make more containers and show us how you make them? Some of your gardens are cleared, did you make videos on your preserving the bounty? Drying to hang in the attic? A cool place for fruit and vegetables? Will you need a separate building for food storage or an underground room? I am thinking of the American West pioneer farm wives preserving. Thank you. This is another process of your farm life.

Here in Puerto Rico we have a very similar Yam, we call it mountain yam, ours is bigger and thicker, it is very soft and we boiled it ! I love it!

I WISH GARDENERS AND HOMESTEADERS WOULD INCLUDE THEIR GROW ZONES IN THEIR DESCRIPTIONS OR SOMEWHERE ON EVERY YT POST. WITHOUT IT THE VIDS ARE DISORIENTING AND MIGHT AS WELL BE IN OUTER SPACE OR IN MY IMAGINATION. IT'S HARD TO RELATE TO THE TWO DIFFERENT GROWING LOCATIONS.
