The room is just for me and the kitchen, bathroom and lounge area are the shared spaces with the roommates that live in the 4-bedroom apartment :)

How much does it cost to live in UTown Residence?

Currently for Sem1 20/21 it is S$2,809.71 for a single room in a 4-bedroom apartment as you can see in the video and for the same with AC it costs S$3,111.43. In terms of daily living, I would say it is very affordable as the food on campus is very cheap and laundry only costs $1.
