Hello! I am not from Singapore but I am planning to study at NUS. Does the apartment rate includes the electricity and water bill already or you need to pay for it separately? and does it have a strong wifi access? thank you!!!

Hey Nik! Yes to both questions 😄 The rate does includes electricity and water - the wifi is very strong in the apartment and also throughout campus so you definitely don't need to worry!

i got ucl and nus's offer few days ago, it's really hard to choose which school should i go

I don't know much about ucl but all I can say from my experience is that NUS is such an amazing school from the campus to the facilities to the student life and to the courses and professors. I would probably recommend looking up your degree on both of their websites to see what they offer and if they suit you. Good luck for your future studies wherever you end up Chris 😊
