Good video, but I have a final scoring question. Do you not receive a -1 penalty for the other share that is on your player board? The one you sold, but never bought back?

Disregard. I see that when you sell the share it flips, so no negative for that share.

Copy an action is just for 4 and 5 players game

The side for 4 players is in fact used in solo mode.
