@@vincentryanborres thanks again! Have you checked out the vintage v100TSB guitars? I paid $500 American dollars for mine which is very reasonable for the quality and sound you're getting. There was a blind test in comparing it to a $3,500 Gibson, before it was revealed which one it was most people preferred the vintage sound better. But you're guitar sounds crazy awesome to! Now if I can only learn how to play mine like you I'll be all set.. .

@@flyhigh6591 I think you will get your sweet spot soon. Try and use the neck pickup. And then use a high gain setting either from your amp or effects pedal. And add a reverb like hall or plate plus a bit of delay. That’s mostly my settings. May I know what amp your using and effects pedal?

@@vincentryanborres sorry for the delay I never got a notification that you replied to me sometimes I have to manually come back to see if you have message. I have the Marshall DSL 40 CR. All tube I just bought it about a week ago. Sounds awesome but I'm lacking sound effects to get that studio sound like you're getting with your effects pedal. I will assume be buying the same paddle you have since there is so much information on how to get the slash tone with it.

@@flyhigh6591 it’s ok. And that’s an awesome amp. I think the Zoom G1xOn is obsolete now. Not sure if it still around in the market unless second hand. @@vincentryanborres will you please help me i tried using patch (glomerish) but the sound is not very loud when I play with backing track. I will not be able to hear the solo that clearly or loudly,..

Ashbin Rai there are two things you can do. One is separate the backing track on a mixer or amplifier so can adjust the volumes differently. Or edit the patch and add more volume to it. Because same happened to me but I then separated the backing tracks instead of plugging it in the Zoom G1xOn aux in, I plug it on my Roland cube monitor separately as well as my zoom and mix it then record through Focusrite iTrack Pocket in my phone

Here's my video about Don't Cry and other Guns n' Roses songs and the settings on Zoom G1xOn. It's on counter 2.34. I did a Slash Chorus effects which he normally uses in the songs like Don't Cry, Knockin on heaven't door and Paradise City intro. can you turn all the effects at the same time?

Zak yes up to 5 effects turned on at the same time. Although there are times like for example you got two amps or two effects that contradict each other then it will tell that it can’t process the effects. Let’s say you got two distortions or something that will be too much for the unit to handle. Otherwise if you use one amp, one over drive one chorus one delay and one reverb then it should work. Or replace one of them with either EQ or noise reduction, then that should work as well.

Zak bought it here in the UK. I forgot how much it was. Most probably under £50 in peso may be around 4K. But it’s obsolete now I think. They are now pushing the Zoom G1Four or G1xFour

I can't remember exactly on this video but I don't use DAW. I record directly either from my phone or from my MacBook. On this one may be it was my iPhone 7 or iPad. But after a while I've changed to Behringer UCA222 where I can connect it to my mixer and able to mix my voice and the effects as well as backing tracks. Also Im using iPhone XR and MacBook Air now. But the same set up. Behringer UCA222 instead of the Focusrite iTrack Pocket as my USB audio interface. Phone cam or Macbook Air Cam. The V Blues I think was Texas Tone. I’m not sure now but, it’s either I edited an existing patch or I created and renamed it as V Blues. This is the reason why I made videos of my patches because Zoom doesnt have like undo or revert to original patch. Only is to restore to factory setting which will delete patches I created so I said to myself I will record videos of my patches so that if ever in the future my pedal will break or got stolen, I still know and make my patches again.

Hello and good day. Thanks for the kind words. Someone requested as well before if I can make a John Petrucci tone patch. Im afraid I fall short in terms of skills. He is really awesome guitar player. But what I can suggest is to use the preset patch which is Mufflr, I forgot the patch number. But it really works well for Petrucci's sound. I think he rely mostly on the amp and then a bit of delay. Try marshall amp sim which is MS Drive and then put delay and perhaps put a drive like Metalworld or T Scream. If only I can play a song of Petrucci, I would be able to help you.

Sayan Plays yes, it will work the same. Either you use an existing patch and edit it or you can try Gilmourish patch or MUFFLR

miguel migs I used Gilmourish patch on this one. I think it’s got fuzz. But at the end of the video I edit a patch and only used MS Drive (Marshall amp sim) then full blast gain and added Plate reverb.

Gyan Hazarika oh sorry. There’s no V Blues in Zoom G1xOn or G1On. V stands for Vincent’s Blues. I edited that patch. What you can do is find any patch that you dont use and delete all the effects and then Add the MS drive and Plate reverb. I will send you links on how to edit your zoom G1xOn

Gyan Hazarika turn that blue knob and find add effect. Then go to the amp and turn the blue knob to find MS drive. Then press Home and do the same turn blue knob and press add effect then look for dly/reverb, scroll to find Plate. On the playlist I sent you its all there how the buttons work. You will find your way with the unit.
