Salemou Alaykom, I chose the package Z5000. It has not a standard flight. So my first question, will this package have a standard flight? My second question, If I configure a flight, i can not choose a different airport for outward flight and return flights, How can I do this? Ameen. We expect most packages to add service provider flights, if not custom flight would be the option. Alternatively also explore other packages and see a list of your favorite top 5 or so

Assalaamualaikum. First of all, thank you for the very helpful info you are providing. May Allah reward you for doing this. I wanted to get clarification on a couple of items regarding custom flights and the support available on the Rawaf Mina packages. There are (yet) zero packaged flights available from The Netherlands and by the looks of it, I will have to book a custom flight. Almosafir doesn't allow you to choose different airports for flying into and out of KSA. For example, I cannot choose to fly to Medinah and then fly out of Jeddah so my assumptions with choosing custom flights are: 1. As I have chosen a custom flight, I will have to make my own arrangements to get from the airport to my hotel. 2. As my flying-in and flying-out choice is Medinah, I will have to make my own arrangements to get from Makkah to Medinah at the end of Hajj to catch my return flight to The Netherlands. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me on this. Thanks

Our understanding is that complete amount needs to be in wallet to purchase and block the package for you

Assalamualaikum . I am flying from dxb to jeddah. When i select custom flights some ksa flights say no baggage and they are significantly cheaper. Is there an option later on to pay for baggage ? Any idea on what that would cost ? Or are we safer just going with the more expensive flights that have baggage included

You can check baggage policy on the airline website. Typically it is expensive depending on how many bags you intended to check in

This is the message notification I received: This package configuration will be saved and ready for you to purchase once reservations are made available. Note: custom flights flights will not be saved as prices could be changed once reservations are made available. Make sure to top up your wallet with sufficient funds.

What I found out is that there are several security levels with the fraud department. In my case, they unblocked one security level, but then other security levels remain. Make sure that they have unblocked all security levels.

Atleast around 130000 saudi riyal depending on your preference of the package. Once u purchase your preferred package you can refund the amount that is left in the ewallet.
