I have a concern regarding Jamarat and camp distance. usually it is extremely hot for for people from Europe, Cnada & USA last time our camp is very Far and if you are sick or old it is very hard to go there and particularly If you have to preform Tawaf and Sai and no transportation available to and from MIna to Haram

There is a VIP camp that is closer to jamarat, those packages are usually more expensive but could be an option. Some also get wheelchairs if you have someone who could push. They can also create their own accounts to login if they like. If they do it like last time, When packages are released you will be able to book for your family with your one(own) account.

I received the rejection stating "if you have a residence ID pls return to your profile go to "Background details" page, and edit your answer to the question "Do you have a residence ID to "Yes". I am unable to find the option of "Do you have a residence ID" anywhere when I try to edit my application. My country of residence and nationality are different. I have uploaded my permanent residence card of USA in addition to my passport . in addition my background detail page doesn't open up, showing Error for last 2 days. " Something went wrong Please come again later". I am able to edit remaining parts of application.

jazakAllah for your quick response. I called them twice. 24 hour ago they have generated an expedited request for their technical support to fix the error 500 but no update since then. Should I delete the account and apply again. If they are closing the registration in 2 days (not confirmed), my application will not going to process otherwise. I am not sure how long will be the waiting time if I reapply from scratch at this time. any suggestions?

Last year they did not ask for documentation while doing application. But you did have to confirm you have it and that it could be asked to show during travel. Meningitis was mandatory always and recently Covid. We will find out more once they confirm requirements for this year.

People that buy the same package will be together. For quad, they typically put 4 women in one room and 4 men in other. There is also a guide with each group, but not all are super responsive. People usually make friends with people in their group and try to do the Amal together

Nusuk lists this in FAQ hajj.nusuk.sa/FAQ family members section.it says family members must be in the same country of residence as you. If your father lives in a country supported by nusuk he can register separately. If not, consider checking if you could go with him from that country.

Sorry to hear that. Don’t worry it will go through. Did they say why it was rejected? Make sure all the info matches the passport exactly. Also photo is very clearly legible, especially if there is a digital numbers line in the bottom that is clear as well.

I reduced the size of the picture to fit exactly what they want and still rejected Make sure that the documents are clear, and check all the dates that you entered in the registration process to ensure that there are no spaces between the names. Please pay attention to the standards for uploading files: - Passport sizes are Maximum (800 × 400 pixels; 1 MB). The MRZ code must be clear. - Personal photos are Maximum (200 × 200 pixels, 18 KB). Also, there is an option to indicate if you have a residence ID or not; if you do, please attach the actual ID to make sure it’s not expired. If you do not have a residence ID, please attach a housing or work contract or driving license as proof of residence. - Residency is Maximum (800 × 400 pixels, 1 MB). - All the files must be uploaded in PNG or JPG.

The auditing process was complete but application was rejected due to our personal photo not being clear. When we tried resizing, the image quality went down because obviously resolution went down. Try using bright environment to take pic, agree that the quality goes down on editing, but hopefully following these steps will help keep it clear. وإياك

There are no clear instructions from nusuk. But there is a seperate house number field, and street address could be without house number. For home address. You could enter with house number, some have also added city there. We don’t expect these to be an issue.
