Saudi Arabia isn’t supported by nusuk so you would need to follow the process applicable for your country for hajj

Salaam: if you decide to the package with masha'ir only (Mina camp only), are you free to use any airline to Jeddah or Medina?

Most applications are still under verification. Most likely sometime in feb

Brother one question after registration your name and email how quickly you get response from Saudia I registered my family this is almost more than two weeks no response

They have recently started verifying some profiles in Europe. But lot of us are still waiting verification. You can expect it to take sometimes maybe by next month.

Depends on the package some packages will include it, and some won’t. If it is land only package it will only be Mina arrangement.

You can request refund for unused amount. They will charge 1.5% processing fees when doing refunds

Assalamu, Alaykum, as of today 2/16, I received an email that told me my photo was blurry, followed by an email 2 minutes later that said my application was validated( I did register my wife and myself) but when I sign in I only see the screen that my registration was successful. When I click on the explore button to takes me back to registration start screen. Is this normal at this stage? Or is there something I need to do, if so how do I do that, right now it just seem to be in a loop that doesn’t take me forward or to corrections. Inshallah somebody will be able to guide me

It only includes tent/food/local transportation during hajj days. You book your own flights, hotels and other arrangements

Asalam u Alaikum, my husband is trying to add me as a family member, but he gets an error stating that there is a balance in my e-wallet. Is there anyway to deactivate my ewallet, so he can add me. Please advise if you have a solution for this problem. I am really concerned that my husband wont be able to add me and we wont be able to perform hajj together. Appreciate any help and suggestion. وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته If you have a separate account that is already validated, and has ewallet it won’t let you delete. At this point there is a chance that if you manage to create a new profile it might not get verified in time. One option is to keep profile separate and try to book the same package from each of your accounts. As long as you book the exact same package you will be able to go together ان شاء الله

India is not on nusuk. So you would need to either book with Indian hajj company or see if you qualify for local packages from Saudi
