All the same mistakes' are sadly repeated. If it doesn't work the first time?... Repeat, repeat, repeat? and expecting a different result? (definition of insanity)... I believe us elderly need to activate our grand experience (advice), Yet, responsibility, but give breathing space to the up-comming gen's to thrive, with our gentle oversight

Need to see lifespan study of IL-11 inhibition + rapamycin! Seems that IL-11 inhib doesnt complety prevent mTOR increase with age on its own

Yes, it would be interesting to see a study conducted with the best substances we have today for anti-aging used all at once in rats, such as rapamycin, IL-11 inhibitor, antioxidant complexes, supplements with good doses of vitamins and minerals... I'm sure it would reach at least 35% more life...

Take 3-6 grams of creatine per day. That's one or two scoops. As it says on the side of the container.
