Did Calgar banish M'Kar to the Warp? I believe Calgar imprisoned M'Kar and it was later found out by the Chapter that Calgar had not banished the daemon. If I remember correctly this was in the Uriel Ventris series of novels. I could be wrong, but....

After that M'Kar escaped and posesses Ultramarine's dreadnought. Uriel Ventris goes to Rem Ventan's tomb, fight versus Iron Warriors with Legion of the Damned, snitches one of the Ereb's Athames from this tomb and learns true name of M'Kar from Ventan's ghost. In another encounter with M'Kar Ventris throws athame to Calgar and shouts: "His true name: Malok Karto!" Deamon-Prince staggered, Marneus catch athame and impales M'Kar with it, absolutely and irrevocably destroys the deamon forever. ( I'm sorry, please, I'm a foreigner and I have problems with grammar)

After Space Marine 2 spoilers: Titus Ranks on number 3 after defeating a lord of change and once again prove to be uncurruptable and gaining the laurel of victory from Calgar himself, Calgars unyeilding trust in Titus and the fact that he doesnt like Sicarius to much might be a giveaway that he is preparing Titus to be his successor. Besides his tactical genius is such that had he not be there advising Acheran the 2nd company would probably be destroyed.

Space Wolves have the best fighters, Dark Angels have the best equipment The white cars are the fastest, the salamanders the toughest Imperial Fist are the best defenders, Raven guards, of camouflage Blood angels are the noblest, iron hands the most logical but what are the ultramarines? the all-rounders, really bad at nothing, really better at nothing. This is their weakness and their strength.
