Hi kristin how can I adjust measurements for 500 ml cups? Help please thanks! Great vids btw
@BubbleTeaKristin3 жыл бұрын
Hello Qaher👋🏼 Since it's a 350ml drink, if you multiply all the ingredients by 2, it will double the drink to make it a 700 mil drink. So in order to get the in between number of 500ml approximately, all you'll need to do is just multiply all of the ingredients by 1.5. Hope that makes sense 👍🏼😁

Hello Kristin! Quick question, are your recipes for any powder? I ordered some to start practicing for my business and watch your videos on replay! Just wanted to know if its for universal powders, or does it have to be specifically the brand you use :)
@BubbleTeaKristin3 жыл бұрын
Hello Andrea, Have you seen my playlist yet on how to make bubble tea drinks using powder? ~Making Milk Tea @ Home from Powder~ by Bubble Tea Kristin: kzbin.info/aero/PLK7g_t77IW0IxY-Q_8t0-4ppxM2wHTRsR You should be good to use any brand, however bear in mind that each company will have a different flavor profile, some powders might be more sweet or less sweet, and the viscosity of the powder will probably differ as well. Also note that my recipes are for using the base flavor powder. Not AIO powder, also known as "all in one" powder. So be sure to make sure you are not purchasing the all-in-one powder, unless that is specifically what you are looking for.

Hello 😊Could this drink be made cold ?
@BubbleTeaKristin3 жыл бұрын
Yes 🥰 It will be a bit more difficult, as you definitely need a really good amount of hot water in order to melt down the Nutella correctly so it is not all clumpy. The only thing I can recommend is keeping the Nutella jug in a warmer, so the Nutella will be very very liquidy already from the heat. That way you can add less hot water in order to dissolve it. Then volume-wise you would just add the ice and cool it down. But make sure to add the salted cream mousse after you shake the item to get the temperature down. Then at the very end, when you've added the salted cream mousse, you can seal the cup and then give it a really good shake before serving.

Hi kristin,do u have a recipe for cookies &cream milktea?thanks
@BubbleTeaKristin3 жыл бұрын
Not currently on my channel... But for a really good cookies and cream boba milk, I would recommend doing a vanilla milk base using my 2-2-2 technique. And then around the inside of the cup poor chocolate syrup. And put a scoop full of really well ground up Oreo cookies in the bottom. Follow them my basic milk tea recipe and pour it all in. It will taste just like an Oreo cookie 😍 If you want to make it into a milk tea at that point then you would substitute out some of the water for the tea brew.

@BubbleTeaKristin3 жыл бұрын
Hey Akil, I sold my business and shops during the summer of 2020 during strict UK lockdowns of no one being able to leave their homes. (5-year mark) It was the beginning of long term stock shortages, no staff wanted to work at all from fear, and even though we were forced to close from the UK government, there was no let-up on rent in the UK from many landlords. The only option was to take out a long term interest loan. I think selling at that time was a good idea. The new owners had a lot of cash in the bank and were looking to expand and already successful brand anyways, so it worked out for the best on both sides. My husband and I decided to move to America later this year, where we can both be of better use to others in in what we specialize in. 😁
