I've never tried with coconut cream...It could turn out less soft and more dense because coconut cream doesn't incorporate air like whipping cream.

Nutella Ice Cream 🍨: - Chilled whipping cream 480g (2 cups) - Sweetened condensed milk 160g (1/2 cup) (if you just use sugar instead, the ice cream will turn out hard like rock and full of ice cream crystal) - Nutella 230g (3/4 cup) For Nutella Ice cream topping sauce: Nutella 20g (1tbsp) Cream, warm 22g (1 1/2 tbsp)

Hi! I am making a cake for my son’s birthday, I have some questions! 1) I never use buttercream I don’t like it, I only use whipped cream so what could be done to avoid those air bubbles which are formed no matter how much I flatten it? 2) this one is really a very big problem, sometimes your cakes turns out amazing well in taste they are always excellent but most of the times, they don’t rise, and also, no matter how much I freeze them, they are so soft that forget about cutting them in three layers I can’t just cut it in half, it just breaks, and even when I bake separate layers, they don’t rise, please please please help me with it! And also, I use LG 32 litres convection microwave oven (MJEN326UH)

Can someone please tell me if the cream for cooking works as well? Like a liquid one for both pastas and soup.. Cause it only makes bubbles but doesn't become fluffy

No it doesn’t work…you have to use whipping cream, the one that incorporates air if you whip it and becomes whipped cream. The cream for cooking doesn’t become whipped cream.
