🤔Why yes, that did end abruptly. The last 45 seconds: Julia: Nice and crisp. Keith: It’s nice and thin too. So you don’t have this big slab of crust overwhelming the filling J: Mm-hmm K: You have more filling and just a nice sturdy crust underneath there J: Those little hazelnut bits on the bottom! Oh-ho! K: They add a lot. Not too sweet. J: No! And the filling has such a creamy consistency. Keith this is superb. Thank you! K: You’re welcome! J: If you want to give this Nutella tart a try, start by using the food processor to make a quick tart dough. Freeze the tart shell before baking it with pie weights and for the filling, make a Nutella ganache. From America’s Test Kitchen, an easy and impressive recipe for Nutella tart. It did end quickly. ATK tried this a few months ago with some Cooks Country segments - skipping both the intro and the outro - but stopped after a while, likely because people were complaining. You could use dry beans instead; however, I purchased pie weights over 10 years ago, and have never looked back.

There's a free trial membership. They also gave you the full recipe in the video with proper captioning for clarity of language as well as a transcript. (I do wonder about those who complain about the 'lack' of a recipe if they actually have the motivation to make the recipe.)

It's unfortunate they're featuring a recipe based processed ingredients like Nutella, full of soybean oil and lots of ick. I expect more of ATK. There are ways to replicate Nutella. I wish they would have gone for one of those recipes for the tart.

I was curious about your comment and what is in Nutella. I looked it up and found it has 7 ingredients: Sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, powdered milk, soy lecithin, and vanillin. Those don't look too bad to me. Can you explain why these ingredients are bad?
