HI! I so enjoyed this grocery haul. It feels like it has been a long time since I was watching you from your kitchen! I know your busy and have a lot of things on the go, but I miss the live chats where you answered questions, explained a facet of going/being plant based etc. I know you are probably tire of those type of vids but I loved them. Regardless I will watch any videos you put out. Thanks for all the hard work you both do, it helps keep me on track and I like feeling like a part of likeminded group.

I’m not sure what we will do regarding live shows in the future other than grocery hauls. But we might pop on and do an impromptu live now and again. Of course recipe videos and such are still in the works. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. ❤️

I eat 1/2 block of tofu daily with breakfast. I slice it and pan cook to brown on both sides - then do open faced breakfast sandwich (one slice Ezekiel bread) with avocado and salsa- sometimes add a slice of tomato or roasted bell pepper. It has the texture of an egg without the eggy flavor. Lots of protein, calcium and iron. My favorite meal of the day.
