Another great use for tempe is to crumble in a ‘tomatoey’ sauce to create a sort of bolognaise which goes well with rice and baked potatoes and pasta of course.

Hello- I m looking for a small blender to make salad dressings. I m not so much a smoothie person- but i might have one once in a while.. so i don t need to have a drinking container.. and to own up so many plastic pieces that come with a blender.. ( maybe they re all like that now? ). I do own a vitamix- but the container itself is too large for salad dressing making.. thank you very much! Laura

?? for the Caesar dressing: why add the JOI almond base in addition to the almonds since they’re ground well in the blender and would be the same as the base and used to make milk when water is added??

He is actually at a healthy weight for his height. But our society has gotten used to people being so overweight that we don’t recognize what a healthy weight looks like anymore.
