It’s absolutely delicious and it’s keto. I order from Amazon. I eat it with whipping cream and a little water added to thin the whipping cream, taste just like milk but with zero carbs or sugar. Yes, I measure exactly 1/3 cup and it’s enough to satisfy without feeling bloated.

Idk if you have a sams club but I buy the nut cinnamon granola and bday cake for $10 from Sams and it’s double the size of the Amazon bags! I love it! I eat it on my Greek yogurt with raspberries and blueberries every morning (I don’t do keto tho)

I just bought a bag at Costco last week. Now it’s 2g net carbs, 2g sugar, 9 total carbs, 3g dietary fiber, 4g sugar alcohol & 4g protein. Serving size 1/3 cup. I put a tablespoon of no sugar peanut butter for a little more protein. I paid $13.99 for a 22oz bag. I don’t care for coconut, but it’s not to bad because it’s nice & crunchy. I really like the taste. Very flavorful. 😋

I found their Pumpkin Spice, on clearance, at Sam’s. The flavor was great! I wish I’d bought more, because it’s almost $15 per package.

I’m not keto but I don’t eat meat and only eat omad. I’ve been craving lots of sugars lately so I grab this bag from Walmart. I give it a 10/10 it’s working for me.

If you look closer at those “Walmart” prices, you’ll see it’s not Walmart selling at those high prices, it’s a third party. Walmart’s website allows third party sales, like Amazon does.

it has a littlle bit of spicy kick at the end; I think from the cinnamon and the monkfruit. I like it but it is a bit itense (almost peppery with a little heat at the end).

Hi FT FT, I used to think the same thing. I thought it was one of the dumbest diets I had ever heard of. Eating fat? Cutting out carbs? Or at least reducing them down to almost nothing…. How could that be healthy? Then I started doing some research and found that I was wrong. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. After learning a bit more I decided to do it and now I will never go back.
