Do you clean up & out the Classic after each use? I have the Classic and really love it, but, I'm bummed it cannot make grits 😢😢😢

I brush it with a pastry brush everytime I take the flour out but I don’t use soap and water. For a course grind for grits, I’d just use my blender.

I see people use a coffee grinder to make coarser grains for cream of wheat and grits

Which one would you recommend for someone just getting started? I was going to purchase the classic but it's currently sold out. It seems that there's no real difference as far as the type of flour they're both producing, which is my biggest concern.

I prefer the classic. It mills finer. And can handle more at once. You won’t need a new mill down the line.

@ thank you! I received a notification today that the Classic was back in stock so I ordered that and some hard and soft white wheat berries. So excited to get started! I’m most excited for the health benefits for my children. Thanks for your videos!!
