Thank you for the video, but you missed what I would consider the most important factor a person with AIH can do to control or even maybe reverse it. Which is to have a balanced intestinal microbiome. I'm talking from personal experience. The year I was diagnosed with AIH, I took several rounds of antibiotics, (I'll spare you the reasons), my gut flora was decimated, and I developed SIBO, and SIFO. and also AIH !!!! Finally now I understand what happened to me, and how I might be able to do something to help myself. With a guidance of a functional medicine doctor. I'm willing to try because I know taking immunosuppressants for the rest of my life will eventually be my demise.

I’m reading “Liver Rescue” it’s states no dairy, especially eggs and limit fat. What do you think about this information?

In Chinese medicine the liver is for anger and diabetes pancreas is for worry & anxiety.

hey thanks! I really appreciate your presentation. I have Auto immune hepatitis from immunotherapy. ....you knock cookies out of people's hand for a living...hahaha
