Numin is very narrow sighted. Like a predatory carnivore's sightlines. Enemy artillery to the side? Not there. Uncontested properties that aren't directly in front of me? Not my beeping problem. Enemy recon watching me build the entire game? LET EM WATCH. I mean he truly captures the base essence of a Grimm player, with none of the polish yet. If Grimm Guy is the Charizard, this is the Charmander. In that same way, JP played much wiser and thus won, but MAN did Numin make this SO entertaining. The hyper aggression is so hilarious.

there were several moments you almost had it!! I do love when people think outside the box and pick unconventional COs rather than the staples. It's still a game afterall, having fun is still part of it you would probably have more wins starting with the typical COs, but if you aim to be the next Grimguy, go forward with it!!

That was one hell of a ride! 6 recon opener, spy recon surviving the entire battle, lander chilling on a random shoal, port not getting captured for so damn long, Numin playing with effectively 2 bases for some reason, arty getting away with literal murder and running out of ammo! Yeah that was definitely one hell of a wild ride!! Props to JPRS tho. He made some dumb moves in the beginning but he improved his play a lot by the end. Numin on the other hand did questionable plays even towards the end. Hope they both learn from this game and make their way up the ladder. Btw Deej I have a request. Consider adding an outro to your videos. I have a habit of downloading videos and then watching. And it is mildly annoying when the video abruptly ends and the next the list starts playing. I then need to change it again to read comments. It does not need to be anything fancy, something like music playing over a background for 10 seconds works perfectly fine kinda like Mangs.

Numin has so many recons can see inside our souls. He knows everything. He got the biggest income and unit value advantage the world has ever seen for no reason with the worst possible plays, and afterwards just suicides all his units on artillery and builds a bm APC. My theory is he is simply a genius that flexes on everyone and then lets the opponent win just for the fun of it. He is playing us like fools.

Wow these moves on both sides are just unfathomable. It's mind boggling, like, do these guys come into AWBW without even playing the single player campaign or something? Like, I understand not knowing all the meta moves, using moveplaner and all that crappy nerd incuggarch stuff, but skipping properties, leaving recons alive, giving your opponent a free tower, forgetting you and your opponent start with the landers and stuff... it's incomprehensible to me. I believe all of those things are absolute basics you learn the first 9 missions...

If something I learnt from playing in fog is that being aggresive makes the opponent with less vision (if you destroy the recons) and makes him wonder if there is more where that came from. That pressure makes some players to resign, then when they see that there wasn't much to back up feels like 'I should have played a couple of turns to check'. True Story

45:48 - Numin would have automatically won via day limit if they had bothered to capture the com tower. Neither players total property count is higher here since com towers count for this (22 each). Also if the lander blocked the port top right Numin would have also auto won from that too.

The Blackblup match is probably the better starting point, since most beginners will find fog to be the harder game mode and will thus find the advice they get from more knowledgeable players harder to apply in fog compared to standard.
