Love the layout! I also like to add an entrance on the surface that looks like a skull. One is the entrance you fall into, the other a bubble elevator. I also like the tamed dogs in minecarts trick to make it an auto xp/mob drops farm.

In my skeleton farm I used stripped spruce logs and polished deepslate. I think the two go really nice together. Also I don't like only using one material type. The only downside of my farm is it's 9 by 9. It was only your video when I learned about bigger pattern. I also want to add auto sorting system with auto crafters to make bone meal blocks

Thanks! I'm afraid it's necessary. The tinted glass is necessary to make it completely dark inside the spawn room (which is necessary for mobs to spawn!). You could ofcourse place another layer of glass in front of it to cover it up.

Can this be used for other mob spawners as well like zombies? Also does the distance matter for the water path ways? can it be closer or not?

Yes it can be used for zombies as well. It can be closer but this is optimal imo. Your killing spot should be within 16 blocks of the spawner, or they won't continuously spawn.

Magic. Try replacing it for a dirt block, create the water column and then replace the dirt for a soul sand block.

Hi Nuvola, very nice farm. I just had to build this one. But I got a problem. The spawning room, doesent get dark, so the skeleton wont spawn. I have used tinted glass, but no. Has there been any changes in minecraft. I dont understand What I did wrong.

I figured it out, it was a «hidden» torch close to the spawner. Removed it and the farm run like a charm. I just want to create a sortingsystem, and a AFK trident killing chamber. So I can switch between manually and auto XP.

You can place a block of powdered snow and than the skeletons will change to strays

You could check out rays works channel, he has one that has the information you need to add to this farm. It is just powdered snow in the part where they fall down and cobwebs I believe, the rest is in this farm

Because it doesn't slide through. It doesn't break the farm and eventually it will walk into the water column.

Just go as low as you can. It just means you have a slightly smaller spawnroom which leads to slightly less spawns. It's not that big of an issue though.

@@leoTindall Maybe try to place a dirt block first to create the water column and then afterwards change out the dirt for a soul sand block. Apparently in Bedrock there is a bug that doesn't let you place kelp on a soul sand block..

On bedrock you can't place kelp on soul sand. Use a sand block and you will be able to place the kelp. After placing all the kelp you need go back to the sand block bust it out and place your soul sand block, it will immediately start showing the bubbles. Do not try to place a bucket of water or take water with a bucket from the bubble chute. It makes it to where there is no bubbles in that spot, I have already made this mistake. Hope this helps you. Java & Bedrock have hundreds of mechanical differences.
