Thank goodness, finally an actual useful demo of this pedal, every other KZbin demo of this pedal Is dudes playing through a Marshall with a pointy metal guitar as their ‘clean tone’ with tons of reverb and delay, then they click this pedal on and play all the notes they know as fast as they can, and every knob tweak sounds just like the last, a ton of distortion and sounds like garbage lol. This video has nice actual playing, good differences in tone based on an actual ‘clean’ tone with different guitars and pickups, and reveals the actual difference in sides of the pedal as well as the fat and shine options. I also like the Robben Ford tone you got at times with this pedal, and he uses actual Dumble amps ($$$$$$) to get his tone, so this pedal is fantastic if it’s even possible to get close to that tone with a Tele and this Ace of Tone pedal. Great demo, and playing. Thanks.

Dude no shit. I was looking at the queen of tone video and it was everybody with doom music or dudes with humbuckers into cranked Marshall’s with the gain maxed, pedals stacked, FET on, etc. might as well been a fizzy RAT pedal at that point.

Great demo, thanks. If only there wasn't that switching noise. I've just acquired the Queen Of Tone, which is a combination of a Klon type circuit and a Bluebreaker type circuit. Sounds great, too, but has the same problem. Am I too demanding?

its got the level switch (and a fat switch on the ts side). you hold down the stomp switch and that little led lights up (upper center). theres also a footswitch jack for it.

@@MackTheKnifeSlowly Yes it sounds like it adds a little gain, but this pedal is a clone of JHS Morning Glory V3, new version (V4) has a bright switch but also a gain switch that adds additional gain stage, and it's not a subtle change.

Hi, troll. You are good with your pedal but it seems you don't have good eyes to watch the review. More friendly budget with way more functions like 9V/18V, TB/BF bypass, and holding FS for secondary functions.

You hold down and after about ~1 second it switches permanently to the other mode. No need to hold the switch the whole time.

Hello! But there's 9 to 18 v switching, the inverse mode switch....but your right: I can manually inverse my morning and tube man and the minor change when running on 18v doesn't make me think I will buy the ace! Business is business! 🎸☮️🥂Arno
