My ? Is can these rubber pad be replaced after rubber start showing cracks. My experience I use a Drumkat rubber start to crack after a few years of use. The good thing it’s EZ to replace my self and upgrade the chip to. Still have mine since 1987. Really tank made. All metal on Chelsea . But that was my concern and also can it be upgraded with the chip like Drumkat. Thank you much.🥁

What about the quality of the sounds used? Can it be recommended for home recording?

Starting around 6 minutes Tony plays through the patches. The backing track on this video is also this unit. So that should give you an idea of what the sounds are like. Listen with good headphones or studio monitors for the best representation of the sounds.

Hi, is it possible to upload loops or short parts of songs but not from drums? Let's say my band wants to play Radiohead's Karma Police but we don't have a piano/keyboard player, can I upload that piano intro so when I hit one pad, that piano part will play? Thanks in advance for any information on this.

As long as it's shorter than 20 seconds yes. The unit doesn't have a ton of memory built in but it has enough to load external samples for sure.

You can load your own samples but there is not enough memory to load longer backing track type samples. We mention this is the video. There is built in Bluetooth though. So you could have your backing tracking tracks on your Phone/device for use with this.

Yes, I just got one myself. Use a USB FAT32, create a folder called SONG (all in uppercase) and copy a song in WAV format there. Then, connect the USB to the NUX D2000 and press the SONG button and it should show you the song on the USB. IMPORTANT: The length of the track may not be too long since the memory of the edrum is not that big. I haven't uploaded songs myself but I may do it soon.

Can it use with any electronic hi hat pedal?

No not any. It will have to be one that is compatible. We tried a Roland it worked.
