Seems like a good option to consider for an acoustic guitar. Has all the functions and effects an acoustic performer would most likely use. The only issue I see is that it's coming late into an established market and does not have, in my opinion, something different to distinguish itself from pedals, like the boss AD series acoustic pedals, etc. Would like to see a USB out.

Even though the trebles never really become "strident", dialing up the treble control puts the sonics on the verge of being 'etched', clear but almost edgy.

I just got one of these, thank you very much. This IS a great bargain preamp/di. I've got this thing with my chorus and reverb in the loop + a Mooer looper. I've got everything I need for a lot of humble gigs if I like. Could you complain about the lack of effects controls? Not at this price you @#$% can't. It sounds great with my Cordoba into my Blackstar.

Thanks for this, really checking it out. I have checked many DI but for the price this seems like a good choice with the send/return it’s too good ( bummer it’s mono, but oh well ) the freeze seems amazing, nearly as good as the ehx? However the reverb and chorus from what I’ve heard in videos seems so bad. But meh. They just crammed so much stuff lol even a looper..

I use AKG C411PP Pre-polarized condenser transduce vibration pickup with my Epiphone EJ200SCE, which has also esonic 2 preamp system. I want to add NUX stageman Di pedal after the akg transduce for more realistic acoustic flavour. What do you suggest?

I have it and kinda like it because it's small and has EQ, Reverb and a looper - all I need really. I find the reverb too muddy, too much low end. The chorus is nice. When you use the hold function the reverb is off then when you release the hold it comes back too wet for a moment then back to normal. I don't know what the USB is for. Anyone? The best use I have found for it is with the Ortega Horse Kick, which I also run through a compressor because the kick definitely needs it.

I would say the USB would be to use it linked up with a pc etc for recording purposes ie to put through an audio interface or similar hardware when running instruments to record directly.

How to set up stereo sounds with atlantic in video? When you turn on atlantic, Sounds like stereo. Isn't stereo? I want to use stageman and atlantic via send return like stereo can I ?

Piezo. Pronounced 'Pee-ei-zo' 🙂 There is no pie, (unless you're having pie for dinner). Seriously, these Nux units look great value. I bought a Roctary Leslie simulator and it's unbelivably good for the price, which is about 1/2 to 1/3rd of anything better (Strymon, neo-vent or Tech 21)

I really can't stand the "They sent me a demo of their product, but I can say whatever I want"-bs anymore of all these sponsored guitar gear channels. Pretty obvious that if you release a negative video about the product, you will not receive the next. Being paid in product, instead of cash, is still being paid. Hence, the resulting video has no value anymore besides that of a commercial. Author of these videos seems like a decent human being that, deep down, knows full well what he does is below his own standards.

Actually, it is not below my "standards". When one receives free product, it is the law in the US that this must be disclosed. That is why I have the "Paid Promotional" flag set on this video and my other "free product" demos and why I generally disclose in the video that I received the product for free. As far as doing negative demo videos - I don't. If I dislike the product, I let the company know and return it to them. I am sure there are better ways to handle this, but that's the way I do it.
