I think there are 18 pages on the Gear Page forum regarding the trident. A lot of users are waiting for an update and are having numerous bugs. Any idea when Nux will update the software? Thanks for sharing these videos, they are very helpful.

I edited factory presets on the personal side and they were also edited on the factory side and were irretrievable. I thought that the factory side was read only? Is there a way to do a factory reset? At 5:03 you allude to reverting, but I can't figure out how to do so.

I dont use IRs, I like to use my Mooer Tube Engine for power, and a real 2x12 cabinet. Can I do this with this unit? Shutting down ALL CABs and IRs?

Im having an issue with my trident, many of the presets (at least 35-40%) dont work at all. Like the name is there but when i click on the preset no sound comes out my amp... also my tuner doesnt work and it had a mute icon thats showing on the display. Any help would be much appreciated
