What you don't see doesn't mean non-existent. Tesla's Fsd is rated second tier in various Chines stringent road tests. Now Huawei's H910B has beaten Nividia's H10 both in performance and price.

Making these chips isn't as simple as "oh yeah, we should do that. There's a lot of money in that..." Many companies have tried to compete with nVidia over the decades. Nobody has really succeeded for more than a blip here or there.
