One big error in your video. APLD hasn't signed the investment grade tenant yet. It signed an LOI, letter of intent. According to APLD, they about 90%+ done on signing the tenant, but still missing the last mile. There's a world of difference between signing a lease and signing an LOI.

I think you should hold it if you can. I'll probably buy tomorrow if I see the stock is holding above $100. If it dips more, I'll wait for it to buttom again then buy. I wouldn't sell such stock with a loss.

If you think Nvidia will still be below the price at which you bought it, you could sell. The, you have to wait 30 days plus 1 day, and buy it again. You could get some of your loss back. That is risky though. Nvidia stock has a 12 month target of $151. You could just hold and have this be a learning experience. It happens to all of us. If you hold long term, you’ll look back in a year and see that it turned out just fine. Nvidia is here to stay and your investment will grow!

I looked into the stock after the announcement. Seems like an interesting investment given this development and the cost per unit. I could easily purchase 2000 shares this season and that could turn into something very attractive over the next 5 years. Thanks
