Cape Wrath Trail FKT, 86 hr 49 min | PAWEL'S CAPE WRATH ODYDSSEY

In April 2023, Pawel Cymbalista attempted the Fastest Known Time (FKT) of the 230-mile Cape Wrath Trail - non-stop, solo and completely unsupported. Traversing the most remote mountainous regions of the Scottish Highlands, the film also examines Pawel's background and motivations for running, while the trail takes him on a journey back through time.

I walked the cwt in April 2023 solo and it's by far the best outdoors thing I've ever done. An absolutely amazing experience and has definitely changed me.

I found this so emotional to watch. What an amazing character, demonstrating what individuals are capable of but also the importance of making connections with others, past and present.
