you are so unbelievably lucky, with so light injuries while you came to the you are at, cos when you watch others, and i mean now also freerunners and traceurs, they have had some absolutly crazy injuries and fails, keep it up

Cart triple off of air track onto ground. Broken tailbone that never healed. I have to sit somewhat sideways now

My worst injury was when I was attempting quad full and I landed on my butt at 3 and a half. I ended up tearing ligaments in my neck had to get an mri and go to physical therapy but I recovered in a month (whole month of September) and now I landed it in November 😤😤😤😤 (on gtramp)

I sprained my ankle from doing the most basic flash kick on tramp, that was 6 months ago and it can still feel wonky even with a brace while I'm tricking

I did dub front a while ago on a shitty trampoline and landed directly on my head and i bit two huge holes in the side of my tongue and hurt my nevk and chest and i was better two weeks later and the first thing i did was do another dub front

Do some shin exercises stretch your body before ( to warm up your muscles ) and after sesh ( bcs it help to regen and makes u stronger and flexible) don't push too hard do your setup master your full and a full hyper and after 3 - 4 weeks, you are ready to go my friend, if you want to learn, just take your time.. it pays off, good luck.
