A big trend right now that people want to see is a small home or cabin build in remote areas. I think this addition would suite the property well. A lot of people are getting interested in more nature and wilderness/simple life styled videos. Beside the obvious transportation and filming equipment, I would want to see more simple/bushcraft style videos. Maybe simplify some of the city/technology things we see on video to fit the natural landscapes. Just a suggestion, love the vid! Thanks!

@@Fishing4moby we actually just camped by vantage Friday night. Then got up at dawn and drove to Sprague over by spokane. There's a lake called 4th of July lake, only opens during winter. First Friday after Thanksgiving. They planted 20k Trout. We hit that up, played some disc golf at Camp Senkani, then camped again and came home.

@@NWFishingSecrets if you have access to clay, sand and some dried vegetation (reed grass, straw, etc.) you mix that together. 20% clay to your sand and enough fiber for tinsel strength and enough water to make it like modeling clay. Build a base with your stones out there and make a level floor with fire bricks. Mound some moist sand on your base then cover it with your mix at least 3 inches thick leaving and opening for your door. Once it’s dry dig the sand out from the inside and you’re good to go! I’ve been able to get the bigger earth ovens I’ve build up to 1000 degrees!

In 1979 I graduated from medical school. I bought a Ford van that I converted into a travel van. I went on a journey to explore the West Cost of Oregon and Washington costal fishing the Pacific rip rock fishing. I was catching some kind of crab when a car drove up with some Japanese guys drove up.. They got out of they car and began stretching and kicking. I was and still am a undefeated martial arts student , undefeated Chinese in martial arts. I was catching crabs on the outgoing rip rock. We immediatey developed a kinship. I caught crabs and they caught Zebra fish. We exchanged crab I caught for Zebra fish they caught. What a great experience.

Pro tip! Leave one layer of husk on the corn when cooking over open fire. It protects it from charing. Remove the last layer after a few minutes of cooking and cook for another minute or so with no husk.

Concerning cattails, you can eat the roots. In the event you did not know that I'd like you to say something about it in your next episode. I'd say that's a great improvement for the property to have a food source that you really don't have to have anything to do with, even have them growing there and just dig the roots whenever you want to eat them.

I love bushcrafting, fishing, hunting and the idea of living off grid. I lived in Washington for about 7 years and did a bunch of those activities. A cool idea you could do is make a simple gravity fed shower. Then make an outhouse to take care of business

Hey, I’m addicted to your channel Bud! Love the catch & cooks in those turquoise mountain lakes! Just a quick note: You can increase your catch by about 30% by sharpening your hooks. Using a small stone, just make each hook sharp enuf to hang up on your fingernail when dragged across. This will mean many more hookups that you get to the net. Try it out! Good fishing!
