Why is it everyone says this are for beginners . They are some of the best calls you can get.

I think they mean in terms of skill level. Diaphragm calls are more "advanced" in terms of skill level, not saying they are better just it takes most people longer to master it than a box or slate call.

Probably because they are the easiest to learn lol
