@@raryporterkawaki He and sasuke the last can do the same thing, they both can provide huge defense buff that can't be negated. It can avoid one shot by naruto the last punch However, sasuke the last is still better because he can strip evasion, increase cooldown and decrease both para and seal resistances too

You have to use mizukage only because there is too much endurance on shura ex stage It reduce damage 90% so if that ex ult isn't mizukage's, it can deal damage around 1k-10k only even lvl 15 ex ult

I did complete shura 1 and 2 but i used kawaki's old ex ult, the revive cancel one you have to also use the old 4 star so you can blitz through the fort and eith perfect timing of ex ult you can one shot gaara (my ex ult is at lvl 15)
